Tulane is a defensive unit, they have a great defense and Kansas State will struggle to score more than 3 td also Kansas will step up in their defensive style so I like under in this game.

Troy is in trouble here, they lost against Nevada, who are weaker team and this Memphis team have nice offensive weapons and they should win here with 3 tds.
